FH Martin Awarded New Projects

FH Martin Constructors was recently awarded new projects in Michigan and Ohio. The projects are:
Kroger - Brownstown & St. Clair Shores, MI: FH Martin is the General Contractor for the expansion and renovation of Kroger stores in Brownstown and St. Clair Shores, Michigan. These projects mark the 37th and 38th stores that FH Martin has built or renovated for The Kroger Company throughout Michigan and Ohio.
Start High School Renovation/YMCA - Toledo, OH: FH Martin has been selected to convert an existing high school in the Toledo Public School District to a YMCA. The project scope consists of renovation of 40,000 SF of the building, including a new lobby, fitness rooms, teen and family adventure rooms, etc., as well as all sitework.
Menards - Sandusky, OH: FH Martin is also serving as the General Contractor for the construction of a 220,000 SF store for Menards, Inc. FH Martin is currently building Menards stores in Massillon and Ontario, Ohio, and recently completed construction of three others in Ohio and Michigan.
Chase Bank - Macomb, MI: FH Martin has been selected to build a new 4,000 SF bank facility for JP Morgan Chase & Company at 26 Mile and Romeo Plank Roads. FH Martin also has built new branch locations for JPMorgan Chase (formerly Bank One) in Detroit, Scio Township, Bloomfield Township, St. Clair Shores, Warren, Sterling Heights, Ypsilanti Township, Novi, White Lake Township and Hartland Township.

FH Martin Constructors was recently awarded new projects in Michigan and Ohio. The projects are:
Kroger - Grosse Pointe Woods, MI: FH Martin is the General Contractor for the conversion of a Kroger store into a Kroger Fresh Fare. This project marks the 35th store that FH Martin has built or renovated for The Kroger Company throughout Michigan and Ohio.
Chase Bank - Macomb, MI: FH Martin has been selected to build a new 4,000 SF bank facility for JP Morgan Chase & Company at Hall and Heydenreich Roads. FH Martin also has built new branch locations for JPMorgan Chase (formerly Bank One) in Detroit, Scio Township, Bloomfield Township, St. Clair Shores, Warren, Sterling Heights, Ypsilanti Township, Novi, White Lake Township and Hartland Township.

FH Martin Constructors was recently awarded several new projects in Michigan and Ohio. The projects are:
Menards - Ontario & Massillon, OH: FH Martin is the General Contractor for the construction of two new 160,000 SF Menards stores in Ohio. The Ontario and Massillon stores mark the 4th and 5th stores that FH Martin has built for Menards, Inc.
Roseville Office Centre - (Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center) - Roseville, MI: FH Martin has been selected to complete the interior build-out of Roseville Office Centre (a former car dealership which FH Martin recently converted into a medical office building under a separate contract with the property owner). Once the interior is complete, the building will be used as medical offices for Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center.
Lakewood Office Plaza - (Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center) - Sterling Heights, MI: FH Martin also was selected by Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center to complete the interior build-out of a medical office building in Sterling Heights. Construction started in early June.
Best Buy - Novi, MI: FH Martin is the Construction Manager for a new Best Buy store near Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi. The 30,000 SF store will sit atop an underground parking garage. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in late July or early August.
Kroger - Macomb, MI: FH Martin is the General Contractor for a new 70,000 SF Kroger store at 26 Mile and Romeo Plank Roads. This project marks the 35th Kroger store that FH Martin has built or renovated throughout Michigan and Ohio. The project also includes all site improvements for the 26- acre retail development being developed at this location.
Macomb Park Retail – Macomb, MI: FH Martin is also serving as the General Contractor for the construction of a 40,000 SF multi-tenant retail building being constructed adjacent to the new Kroger store at 26 Mile and Romeo Plank Roads in Macomb Township, MI.
Brooklyn Presbyterian Church - Brooklyn, MI: FH Martin has been selected as Construction Manager for the planned renovations and expansion of this historic church building in downtown Brooklyn, Michigan. Current plans call for construction of a two-story, 8,000 SF addition with a basement and renovations to approximately 2,500 SF of the existing building. The addition will be used for offices, a gathering area and a mezzanine.
