Service Group

FH Martin’s Service Group was born out of our clients' needs for professional and high quality construction services, even on smaller scope projects. Created to focus solely on building alteration, maintenance and repair projects, our Service Group offers a single source for a variety of services – from site improvements to building finishes and everything in between - allowing our clients to focus their attention and resources on running their businesses. A key factor in the success of our Service Group is our staff of skilled professionals dedicated exclusively to Service projects. These projects – instead of being an afterthought for project personnel in our Construction Group - are treated with the same attention and importance as our full scope construction projects. Our clients deserve and expect nothing less.

We provide services to a wide variety of clients, including building owners, property managers, specialty contractors, school districts and municipalities. We have a great deal of experience working in and around the ongoing operations of our clients, which helps minimize any disruption during construction.
